These Terms govern your access to websites, digital products, InfoApps, WebApps, and SaaS services provided by GTX MIDIA LTDA. By purchasing or using a service, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific terms shown before checkout.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for accurate information, account security, and activity under your credentials. Access is personal unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

Products are delivered digitally. Access instructions are generally sent or displayed after confirmed payment. Features, compatibility, access periods, and requirements are described on the applicable product page.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices, currency, taxes, and whether a purchase is one-time or recurring are disclosed before checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party providers. You authorize the displayed charge when submitting an order.
4. Subscriptions
For subscription products, the billing frequency and price are disclosed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, unless stated otherwise. You may request cancellation through our contact page. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not normally reverse a charge already completed, except as provided by our Refund Policy or applicable law.
5. Acceptable use

9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Termination
You may stop using a product at any time. We may terminate or restrict access for material breach, fraud, unlawful use, or security risk, subject to applicable law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available in your country.
